I am Christian Blair, the founder of Blair Care.
Our organization was founded on a deep realization—children with hearing impairments are often overlooked and marginalized in traditional education systems. They are unable to fully participate in classroom activities like their peers, which causes them to fall behind, lose confidence, and leaves their true potential unheard and unseen.
At Blair Care, we are committed to changing that reality. We create a compassionate and inclusive learning environment where children with hearing loss can learn at their own pace, in their own way. Each of our students receives instruction from specially trained educators who tailor their teaching to meet the unique communication needs of every child.
